ABOUT solecito

Solecito was founded and is led by Madeline Hernandez, a trauma informed wellness practitioner, consultant, and educator with over 15 years experience supporting individuals, families and communities across all phases of life. Madeline holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, is a 200 hour certified yoga and meditation instructor, and a certified postpartum doula, blending clinical understanding with embodied, holistic care.

Her work spans therapeutic, community, and organizational settings, where she has supported children, adults, and families through grief, transition, and healing. Currently, Madeline is a Master of Public Health candidate at the University of Arizona, deepening her systems-level approach to wellness and prevention. Her speciality lies in consulting, program development and coaching allowing her to create meaningful and sustainable impact at both the individual (micro) and organizational (macro) level.

Grounded in cultural humility and high cultural competence, Solecito’s work honors lived experience, identity and community as essential components of healing.
