Madeline Hernandez is the founder of Solecito, a wellness company rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—to ourselves, our bodies, our stories, and our communities.
With more than 15 years of experience working alongside children, adults, families, and communities in therapeutic, social service, and community-based settings, Madeline has dedicated her career to understanding how our experiences, environments, relationships, and systems shape our well-being.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy and is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and postpartum doula. Her professional experience spans trauma-informed care, mental health and wellness, family support, early childhood, community programming, training and facilitation, program development, and organizational consultation.
Throughout her career, Madeline has worked at both the individual and systems level—supporting people through difficult seasons while also helping professionals and organizations create environments that are more responsive to the people they serve.
Madeline created Solecito to bridge the space between traditional wellness, community care, and the realities of everyday life. Her approach recognizes that wellness cannot be separated from our lived experiences. Grief, parenthood, trauma, chronic stress, caregiving, identity, relationships, work, culture, and major life transitions can all influence how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
Today, through Solecito, Madeline supports individuals, communities, and organizations.
Her individual wellness work includes postpartum doula support, private yoga, meditation and breathwork, grief and loss support, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed wellness practices. Her community work creates intentional opportunities for connection, reflection, movement, education, and healing. Through organizational wellness, she partners with teams and community-serving organizations to provide professional development, burnout and compassion-fatigue programming, trauma-informed training, consultation, and customized wellness initiatives.
